After a lovely morning of sleeping in, sipping leftover starbucks, and relaxing in our backyard (M with a cigar in hand) we headed off to Target to find me a brown belt. We then went to Costco and picked up a few things, (red bull, tri-tip, salsa and WW tortillas) Genna was expecting us in SJ by 4pm so we went home for lunch and headed out there for my hair appt. My ever so patient hubby sat outside, cigar #2 in hand (purple label is his fav as of yet) and his inked magazine...as Genna beautified me. We were celebrating her b-day that night as we won't be able to make her party this coming weekend. We took her and Trevor to Yuki Sushi, sang her the b-day song and then headed over to her fav local dive bar, the Caravan. Butch served us free bebidas as I played country on the juke box and danced around with my pool stick. It was sooooo fun to be out with M, Genna AND Trevor. M and I played a round of pool (i won!) and then played teams with Trev and his BFF Kyle. It was a lovely night, family oriented, and filled with yummy food. How was everyone else's weekend??
