Baby Shower

I don't have any photos really from the baby shower, so I'm waiting for people to send them to me :) But since some of you have been asking to see them, I am sending you to my mother in laws blog cause she has a few, and you can see the amazing gifts she MADE for us. Just incredible.

Alyze was my exciting visitor!!! All the way from NY, I had not seen her since her wedding. She brought me yummy treats, and lunch, sparkling water and gifts for Sophie and I!!! Adorable

 knitted cowgirl boots, polka dot dress, and fun outfits for myself! It was so great catching up...and eating chocolate ;)

another day of sewing!

This came from Roberta's "store" upstairs, and she had the idea of putting the hungry caterpillar on the back, since it's white. We're going to find one and stitch it on. So cute!!! I may not let our child use it :)

I know, it's hard to believe that I am quite the little sewing bee these days. The bib above has pink and white gingham pattern on the back. Yay!

we celebrated Jeanne's(Robertas bff) birthday at Claim Jumper!

and we went to 3 different fabric stores. They are serious fabric-holics :) 

originally when I bought the pea fabric I was going to use it front and back for the bib, but Roberta happened to have carrot fabric in her "upstairs fabric store" (no joke, she has a million!!!) Isn't it awesome???

I made this one first- so cute!! I love them and plan on making a lot more. Roberta and Jeanne quilt/sew every Thursday and I can now join them!!
